Peacemaker is the mythical gun given to Wyatt Earp. It's original form was the flaming sword, and it was entrusted to Wyatt by the two angels: Juan Carlo and Julian. When Wyatt was cursed, all those that were killed by the gun were sent to hell and resurrected upon the time of the next heir. Furthermore, this gun took on additional powers, having the ability to send the Revenants back to hell. It is said that there are 77 Revenants in total and all of them must be shot by Peacemaker in order to break the curse.

Peacemaker can only be wielded by the Earp heir upon their 27th birthday. This however, has revealed to be inconsistent as the gun can also be unstable. While it seems only an Earp can use it, there are instances where the gun has jammed, not worked, or fired in the hands of someone who was not the heir at the time (i.e. when Wynonna shot Ward).

Powers and Abilities

• Demon Killing/Portal Creation- If the heir shoots a Revenant between the eyes with the Peacemaker, a fiery portal will open up below the demon and pull it into hell. Although when used against other demons or humans, then the gun will just kill them.
• Demon Repulsion- If a Revenant tries to wield the Peacemaker it will burn their skin, causing immense, almost unbearable pain. Particularly strong Revenants like Bobo Del Rey is able to withstand it for short periods of time.
• Curse Breaking If the Heir passes the Peacemaker through the Ghost River Triangle, on a certain night, the curse will be broken and the Revenants will be freed to roam outside of Purgatory, however if the gun is brought back across the line, the barrier will go back up.
• Alarm Clock- It serves as a bit of an alarm clock for the heir as well. For instance: when the entire town was asleep due to a spell, Peacemaker jolted Wynonna awake, emitting a single orange spark along the barrel. This is strong enough to wake up the heir.
• Blue Lights- Under special circumstances, Peacemaker's barrel will glow blue instead of its usual yellow/orange. It is likely that this happens when the shooter feels sympathy for the target (i.e mercy kills)
• Key to Tower- Bulshar revealed that Peacemaker protects the Garden of Eden by acting as a key and that it cannot be forcefully taken from an Earp Heir. It must be willingly surrendered.

Below is a list of Revenants and their abilities! If you are making an OC Revenant, we would ask that you please try to pick different powers from the canon ones, so not to take away their originality. Feel free to contact us first to discuss it if there is one that you really, really want.

Note: They are in alphabetical order based on the character's name.

Vampires are creatures who drink the blood of others. They look human and generally function as ones, but possess certain characteristics that can expose their kind. They do not have reflections so mirrors will not show an image of them. They can glamour a civilian into submission by a simple touch, making this person devotes to them until the vampire is killed. This glamour may not work on other supernatural beings. Furthermore, Vampires need to be invited into a place (whether it is a town, building, home, etc) before they can actually enter. They can be trapped with a ring of holy water, and they are defeated by wooden states or by Peacemaker.

THE BROKEN TRIANGLE: AN AU PLOT

The Revenants did it. Bobo found a way for them to escape Purgatory and cross the Ghost River Triangle. What follows, is chaos. They had spread out as far as they could get, wreaking havoc in their path. Wynonna and the others have set out to try to hunt them down and send them back to hell but with no more geographical limitations, it certainly is no easy task.

This chat box is for all in character chatting to fulfil all your musing needs. The IC chat does not always have to be consistent with what is happening in the role play. It is meant to be a fun place that can be silly and explore different dynamics of your characters that you might not portray in your posts, or that step outside of the canon verse.
